Customer service was not good!! Service was slow and it was a Sunday. The bread had been sitting. My sandwich was made and put on another sandwich.. the server picked the meat up and placed on to correct sandwich. The server had no apron on while cutting the meat. The bathroom.... no bueno. I really like jj.. this location was a disappointment.
Food is great and staff are friendly, but customer service in delivering to a local school is lacking...
Excellent service, great sandwiches from a ttue family run franchise. Even the little kids are more hardworking than the average college age employee. Father should be, and obviously was, very proud.
I order from here a lot, but they can't decide if I'm close enough or too far away! (It changes every time I order it seems) Google says they're 3 miles from my house, but it really sounds like they don't want to do it unless they're bored.
Im right down the road from them and i waited 40 minutes for a cold sandwich. A #11 with a small drink and chips costed me 11.50 and i didnt get to eat during my break. Fast? Yeah right!!
